職位描述：
1. 負責銷售區域內銷售活動的策劃和執行，完成銷售指標；
2. 負責銷售區域內客戶的開發、拜訪及維護工作；
3. 收集并分析客戶信息、市場需求及產品競爭狀況；
4. 于月度會議上探討、分析和策劃營銷方案；
5. 負責與客戶的基本技術交流，提供產品技術咨詢和技術方案；
6. 負責收集市場和行業信息，加深了解行業業務特點及方向。

崗位要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷，3年及以上工作經驗，機械、光學、電子、材料、半導體等相關專業，且熟悉半導體、光通訊、光電子、顯示等行業客戶群者優先；
2. 熟悉儀器設備行業產品市場，有兩年以上儀器設備銷售經驗，了解主流行業技術；
3. 品性良好；對銷售工作有較高的熱情；有責任心及團隊協作精神；
4. 性格外向、反應敏捷、表達能力強，具有較強的溝通能力、交際技巧及較高的商務處理能力；
5. 具備一定的市場分析及判斷能力，良好的客戶服務意識；
6. 能承受較大的工作壓力，樂于出差；

工作職責：

1.    負責光學、材料物理、半導體、電子等研究領域高端科研儀器設備在中國的安裝、調試、維修和售前、售后技術支持;

2.    負責與客戶及廠家進行有效的技術溝通;

3.    給客戶測量樣品，并準備日常工作報告、測量報告等

4.    按工作需要，必要時需要長駐客戶工廠進行長期及時的服務支持;

Job Responsibility:

1.    Responsible for the high-classic researchequipment service work (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, pre-sales/after-salestechnical support, etc.) in the fields of optics, material physics, semiconductors,electronics, etc.

2.    Responsible for the technicalcommunication between the clients and the overseas factory

3.    Measure customers’ samples. And prepare routinework reports and measurement reports etc.

4.    Provide long-term and timely on-siteservice support at customers' factories if the work needs

任職資格：

1. 負責將公司代理的產品線推廣和銷售給工業客戶和高校研究機構類研發型客戶。
Responsible for promoting and selling company products to industrial manufacturing customers and R&D customers.
2. 跟進客戶項目進度和設備安裝調試進度，負責訂單的付款流程管理。開發和維護客戶長期合作關系。
Follow up on equipment acceptance and payment. Maintain and develop long term customer relationships.
3. 根據客戶需求與產品競爭狀況，每月與公司內部探討、分析和策劃營銷方案。
Working/Planning to the customer’s needs and product competition status, discuss, analyze and make sales plans with the company on a monthly basis.
4. 負責與客戶的技術和商務交流，提供產品技術咨詢和技術方案。
Responsible for technical and business communication with customer and helping resolve customer questions and problems when necessary.
5. 跟進銷售進度，對客戶訂單負責，對季度和年度考核負責。

3. 到客戶現場進行問題排查和維修服務。
